Tall statues of Beckham in his undies coming to the U.S.

H&M is bringing the Bronze Beckham Bulge Blitz  to the States this week. Beginning tomorrow, nine 11-foot statues of the soccer hottie will grace H&M stores in three cities across the country. Unfortunately, Salt Lake City and Murray are not among the lucky locales.

According to Glamour H&M is launching a delicious marketing campaign for David Beckham’s Bodywear line, which was first seen during the Superbowl. Six stores in New York City, one in San Francisco and two in Los Angeles will sport metallic replicas of the Beckham bedecked in boxer briefs starting this Thursday, August 16.

Prizes will be doled out to those who snap their photo with the statue and tag it #HMBeckham on Instagram. Fans could win “one of 100 mini, limited edition David Beckham statues; one of ten pairs of signed David Beckham underwear; and the grand prize which includes $1,000 H&M shopping spree,” according to a release by the fashion chain.
